National Park App Partners

Put every member on the national park map — and earn from it.

Chambers, visitor bureaus, Main Street programs and business associations list their members in the National Park apps and on our park websites for $10 a business each month. You decide what your members pay.

We list member businesses.

The National Park App bills us $500 a month.

We charge each member $ a month and keep $750.

$10 per business a month, billed to your organization. Change the numbers to see yours.

How the partner program works

You bring the members you already have. We put them on the map and handle the technology. Nobody on your staff has to answer a login question.

  1. Create your partner account

Two minutes. If your organization is among the 2,200 park-area chambers and associations in our directory, your parks are filled in for you.

  2. Add your members

One at a time, or upload the member spreadsheet you already keep. We place each business on the map and file it under its nearest park.

  3. Activate the partnership

One monthly bill: $10 for each business you list. Add or remove members whenever you like, and the bill adjusts itself.

  4. Send the invitations

One button emails each member a personal link to claim their listing and add photos and hours. No passwords. Replies come to you, from members who already know you.

Questions

Who pays, and how much?

Your organization pays $10 a month for each business you list, on one monthly bill. Your members pay you whatever you decide, or nothing if you would rather offer the listing as a member benefit.

Can we charge our members more than $10?

Yes. Your price is yours to set, and the difference is your organization's revenue. We never bill your members or contact them about money.

What do our members have to do?

Nothing, to be listed: we build each listing from the details you add. Each member also gets a personal link to claim their listing and add photos, hours and a description. There is no password to set or forget.

What if a member never answers the invitation?

Their listing stays live with the information you gave us, and you can keep editing it for them. Once a member claims a listing, they decide what it says.

How does the bill change when we add or remove members?

It updates by itself. Add twenty members mid-month and your next invoice includes a prorated charge for them; remove one and their listing comes down and the bill drops.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel any time from your billing page. Your members stay listed until the end of the month you have paid for.

Which parks are covered?

All 64 national parks today, with monuments, historic sites, seashores and the rest of the 400+ park units being added. We file each business under the park it is nearest to. A member near a unit that doesn't have its page yet waits, and isn't billed, until it does. Members near parks with their own app — Acadia, Arches & Canyonlands, Joshua Tree, Saguaro and more on the way — are in that app as well.

We're a statewide association. Does that work?

Yes. Choose the parks your members are near (or every park in your state) and each business goes under the nearest one.

Who answers our members' questions?

Invitations come from your organization, and replies go to you. Most questions are answered by the listing editor itself; anything technical comes to us at tom@natpark.app.

What do you do with our member list?

We keep each business's public listing details and the email you give us for its invitation. We don't sell or share them, and we only email your members to send their listing link.

I run one business, not an association.

You can list it yourself on the business dashboard. Or ask your chamber to become a partner.

Your members could be on the map this week.
